When I moved to Toronto in my early twenties this spot became one of my favorite places to go for inspiration.

Exit Broadview station and walk south to Riverdale Park Hill (aka Broadview hill) where this epic view of nature slopes directly into the cement jungle of downtown, overlapping the two worlds.

While there is beauty to be found in the big city chaos I cherished this spot for its constant reminder that nature surrounds us, not the other way around.
